Barbara Ennis enlisted in the British Army in 1990, where she discovered her passion for all things medical and security related. This career anchor acted as a stepping stone to starting out alone and founding Kismet Training and Consultancy.
Her experience in the military and other live theatres brings practical knowledge and realism to training. It also provides a unique understanding of the need for dynamic security teams that can adapt to ever-changing, real-life situations.
